Steel Palisade Security Fencing

Steel palisade is a cost effective and very secure type of fencing, generally needing heavy duty tools to break through it. It comes in heights from 0.9m to 3.6m. The posts are “H” irons concreted into the ground no less than 600mm (taller fences require more than this). The pales are bolted to horizontal rails with M8 permacone nuts and bolts. For security the tops of the pales are splayed to create a “triple point” which are very sharp and a great deterrent for thieves, alternatively the tops can be rounded or flat for less secure applications. The Fence is galvanized as standard or can be powder coated and RAL colour.

Palisade Fencing Assembly Method:

1>Lineation, first place of the post installation site and to draw the hollow of bottom plate.

2>Punching, second use hand electric to drill holes and plate screw into the hole, unscrewed the screw.

3>Fixed, the post fixed on the expansion screw

4>Docking, angle rail is fixed to the post with fish plate, and then installed plates to the angle fence rail with anti-theft screw.

5>Continue. and so on, until this project is completed.
